We offer holiday rentals in the beautiful town of Orrì, surrounded by greenery and located about 370 metres from the beach with a view of the sea. The house features a private garden with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. Access to the property is via a private internal road with an entrance on Via Lido Orrì, directly across from the second entrance to Foxilioni’s first beach. The property consists of: a master bedroom and a twin bedroom with a small bunk bed, a spacious living area with a fully glass-enclosed dining area offering ocean views, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a private garden, and a raised outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean and the beach. Amenities: fully equipped kitchen, dishes, fully furnished, exposed stone walls, and wooden roof.
Parking is free and uncovered within the courtyard. The Orrì area is surrounded by greenery and has little traffic, but there are several restaurants and a tobacco shop nearby. The accommodation is 370 metres from the beach, 4 km from the port of Arbatax, 1 km from the main beaches, and 4 km from the nightlife in Tortolì. For greater convenience, we recommend using a car. . For electricity usage, a maximum consumption limit of 10 KW/h per day—multiplied by the number of days of your stay—is established for the tenant for the entire duration of the stay. If this limit is exceeded, the additional electricity costs—calculated at €0.60 per 1 kW/h—will be charged to the tenant. __Please note: Due to construction work in the area involving the installation of an antenna, we are temporarily unable to guarantee the reliable operation of the Wi-Fi network__ A security deposit of €200 is required.
