  • Welcome to The Old Granary, a beautifully restored country house in Charente-Maritime.

    Once part of the surrounding farm complex, the building still features its original wooden beams and historic pulley system, now carefully preserved as part of the interior character.

    Outside, the property boasts a large private 10m swimming pool surrounded by a beautifully landscaped private garden with rural views, sunny terraces for al fresco dining, and a peaceful and tranquil vibe.

    The space
    The house offers comfortable 2-storey accommodation with sociable and spacious kitchen-diner-lounge room downstairs, with 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, family bathroom and en-suite upstairs.
