The living/dining room is large and enjoys a south-facing and east-facing position, featuring a dining table, digital TV, air conditioning, and a fan. There is an exit leading to a terrace from this room. The apartment has three bedrooms: one double bedroom equipped with a French bed (150 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/bidet/WC, TV, and a fan; one children's room with a bed (90 cm wide, 200 cm long) and a fan; and another double bedroom with a French bed (135 cm wide, 190 cm long). The large kitchenette is well-appointed with three hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a fan. There is an exit from the kitchenette leading to the terrace and a loggia. Additionally, there is a separate shower/WC. The floors are parquet, and there is no heating option available.
