"Overall the stay was fantastic. The hotel in was modern clean and in a great location. The outstanding element was the staff. They were welcoming helpful and friendly. More so in most places I have stayed. The only thing I voted it down for was the parking. Informed the hotel I required park, which it advertised as having. However when I arrived I had to park off site a few minutes walk which also cost 14 euros a day. Had they replied to my message about parking providing this info I could have made cheaper arrangements. But other than that. Brilliant"

"This was an exceptional property. Very clean and a nice interface between the indoor and outdoor spaces. We'd definitely return. My only complaint was that the front desk staff were sometimes a little dismissive and stand-offish. Having said that, I understand that they see hundreds of people everyday and I know some clients can be overly demanding and difficult! Overall great value for the money, just loved the pool and the hot tub, and of course, the sea!"

"The location is perfect ! On the beach and in the middle of everything ! We would definitely return. A Couple things would be helpful for non Spanish guests. We kept getting into and instructions in Spanish even tho we asked for them in English. We arrived with a car and the Google address just gets you stuck in the narrow streets. In phoning to ask for help there was no one who spoke English to give us directions to the hotel. This was a lot when flying then driving for 25 hours ! The breakfast staff was grumpy each morning which was too bad. It’s a lovely authentic hotel and we would still choose to stay there again ! It’s a magical city"

"Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean from the lobby to the rooftop pool and bar. Great size room with a modern, neutral decor and the biggest, most comfortable bed. Good selection for the breakfast buffet. Fantastic view of the sea and castle from the rooftop pool and bar. We will definitely stay here again."

"The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. The room was clean was excellent for the price. A little far from the beach, but no problem 10 to 12 minute walk it’s a simple place but nice"
