Resort feel in a wonderful town with a short walk to a picturesque beach in tossa de mar. We travelled from the US with my 7 and 5 year olds and they loved the pools, shows, kids club and the buffet!!

I absolutely loved my stay at Golden Bahia. The location was perfect for exploring the town and the beautiful beaches. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. A huge thank you to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Entire complex was very clean. Rooms were well cleaned every day. Lots of sunbeds and clear rules around reserving them in the morning which made it fair and consistent for everyone. Lots of sunbeds though, so generally never an issue getting what you wanted. Food was very good with lots of choices.

My kid and I loved this hotel. The swimming pools are excellent and fun. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The room was spacious and the hotel is walking distance from the beach. Highly recommended!

Overall 10/10 Location. Spent the weekend as we drove from Barcelona and the hotel was excellent. Just 10 min walk into the beach and the more busy areas of the town but everything is walking distance. It’s a perfect place to get away for a couple of days with the family or your partner. If theres a chance to go back will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Breakfast was amazing with plenty of good quality options. staff were friendly. rooms are a good size for europe standards, specially the bathrooms. is walking distance to the bus stop (to move to other towns on costa brava) and walking distance to the beach and castle in town. will definitely stay here again if we return.

The pool areas were fantastic, loads of space and sunbeds for everyone. Food was brilliant, take some loose fitting clothes! Not a fan of evening entertainment so swerved that but difficult to avoid the background noise some nights. On the negative side our greeting by Juan Carlos was cold, robotic, irritating. Think he could do with a kick up the backside, or being replaced by a machine. Also crowds of people outside smoking is not a good look at any time of the day or night. I suggest this classy looking hotel could do with a bus shelter for those who wish to smoke, not subject others to clouds of their used tobacco fumes! A short walk to the town and beach which are charming, especially the old town and the castle. All in all I recommend this hotel very highly despite the little irritations I've reported.
