The apartment features bright, partly renovated in 2025 interiors with practical and cosy furnishings throughout, along with elegant parquet floors that add warmth and character to the living spaces.

The living and dining room covers 20 m2 and is equipped with a dining table, digital TV, electric heating, and a fan, creating a comfortable and functional communal area. From the living room, you have direct access to the large 15 m2 terrace, which enjoys a north-facing and east-facing position and offers a panoramic view of both the sea and the mountains. Terrace furniture is provided for your enjoyment outdoors.

The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a fan, and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
