This house has a beautiful terrace with sea views, ideal to relax and enjoy the beautiful views after a day on the beach.
The houses are located 1km from Cala Morisca, a beautiful wild beach and 2.5 km from Cala Canyelles.
Within the residential area of Playa Brava there is a community pool to which all the tenants of this house have access.
The house H32 has two double bedrooms:
First bedroom: Double bed
Second bedroom: Two single beds
The house has a bathroom with shower.
Practical Kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, crockery, fridge with freezer, Melitta coffee maker, water heater and toaster.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.
In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar, communal pool (25m x 10m) and tennis court. Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt.
It must be borne in mind that outside the high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.
The arrival must take place between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. For an arrival outside of this schedule arrange before. Arrivals delayed between 20:00 and 24:00 and must be notified by phone 2 hours in advance.
The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will accompany you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.
The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, stop by the office to arrange a home inspection.
The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If you are not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.
How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.
