Very good value for money stay in a reliable brand hotel. We chose the hotel as we knew we weren’t going to be around much to enjoy or relax in it - hence we did not mind it not having a spa / pool / sauna facility.
It is well located at Tennoji station with retro shinsekai foodie area with best knife shop, Osaka museum of fine arts & the zoo within 10 minute walk, and the tram line out to one of the shrines in the station below. It is in one of the tallest buildings in Osaka, so we had great views over the city from our city view room (recommend choosing this option, albeit hotel starts at 19th floor so all rooms would likely have a good view). It is also convenient as has one of the large department stores in the same building.

"十津川には部屋にトイレのある宿がほとんどなく、ここを選択し、宿泊施設としては何の問題もなく、快適に滞在できました。ただ、一人２万円弱の宿泊費に対して、食事内容が1万円ちょっとの宿レベル、十分に美味しいのですが、内容に大変がっかりしました。コロナ休業が明けて間もないということで、損失を取り返そうとしていたのでしょうか。ここ数年で150軒以上に泊まったなかで残念ながらコスパが最低でした。"

"5 mins walk from Kii- Tanabe station, very convenient and room was spacious enough as we did not bring our luggage i recommend staying here if you are there for Kumano Kodo"
