Bathrooms are large and beds comfortable. FYI, for whatever reason this hotel, along with the other 4 we stayed at in Taiwan, does not utilize hooks nor have dressers/drawers. Be prepared to live out of Suitcase. Not an issue per se, but odd."

"We had a fantastic stay at ILLUME Taipei. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our visit, even surprising us by delivering a lovely birthday cake directly to our room for my wife. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and conveniently set up right next to each other, offering a great balance of proximity and privacy. The bathroom and shower were exceptional, featuring fantastic water pressure and a modern layout. The hotel facilities were also a major plus. Having on-site laundry made our stay very convenient, and the dining at Sunny Buffet was excellent, with a great selection of food. While English was a bit weak for a few of the staff members, their warmth, patience, and effort to help easily made up for it. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and we would gladly return."
