"The bed was amazingly comfortable, softer bed, not so much. The staff were lovely, although they couldn't help with any of our concerns. No welcome book so no idea how to access room service, menus, internet, had to keep going to staff to find out. No hooks to hang towels in bathroom?? No internet ..."
