You enter through a large 18th-century gate that opens onto a sun-drenched, tree-lined driveway flanked by low walls of old stone. “Les Bastidières”
The property consists of two historic Provençal-style buildings connected by a large limestone porch with a bell tower, situated in the middle of a magnificent park where palm trees and centuries-old pines grow side by side. The garden is dotted with vases and jars filled with various floral arrangements.
The large swimming pool is situated in a quiet, quintessentially Provençal setting, surrounded by lush greenery, numerous palm trees, and a century-old fig tree. A magnificent decorative wrought-iron aviary welcomes you at the entrance to this haven of peace.
We are located in Cap Brun, a tree-lined residential area of Toulon just 900 metres from the sea (small coves, coastal trail, and large beaches). One of the two houses is available for rent; the other is occupied by the owners.
The studio measures 23 m² and features a private 15 m² terrace (with lounge chairs and a garden table), a view of the park, and a separate entrance. The Abricot and Lierre studios are located on a raised garden level at the front of the property, accessible via a wide staircase with just a few steps. The Turquoise and Lavande studios are located on the garden level at the back of the house, on the pool side. The terrace is an extension of the living area; it’s a relaxing space where you can enjoy your meals in the shade of the pine trees.
The studio is air-conditioned. It features a blend of decorative styles, combining Provençal elements—such as whitewashed exposed beams and antique furniture—with contemporary touches, including its amenities (160/200 bedding). Its modern kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, and a coffee maker. The bathroom is spacious and decorated in Provençal hues with glazed lava tile flooring. The toilet is separate.
The grounds are enclosed with two automatic gates, one for entry and one for exit. Private parking is available within the 3,000 m² grounds.

The property is ideally located with easy access:
-By car via the A50 to Toulon, then head towards Le Pradet along the coast via Le Mourillon
-By TGV train to Toulon station
-By plane to Toulon-Hyères Airport, 15 km away
-By sea: the port serves cruise ships and offers several daily connections to Corsica
With local shops 200 m away and an Intermarché 700 m away.
You’re 3.5 km from city centre Toulon; bus lines 6 and 23 (towards the train station) pass near the house.
Toulon is a city facing the Mediterranean and surrounded by the Toulon Mountains.
You’ll discover its coastline, its harbour, its old port, its marinas, its Provençal markets, its seaside walks (with numerous beaches), and the coastal trail.
A heritage full of character:
