Grand T1 Design of the port of Toulon. Magnificent views of the sea.

Grand T1 which includes a very nice living room facing the sea and south. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator is completely redone. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob, Nespresso machine, toaster etc.). The dressing room and the toilets are separated. The unique location makes it an ideal vacation spot. At the foot of the apartment you have all public transport and shops. Travelling by boat to the island of Porquerolles from the bottom of the apartment. The Provencal market on Cours Lafayette is 50 meters from the apartment.
10 minutes from the station on foot you have the bus in front of the apartment.

We've already stayed in villa Iru several times over the past years and always enjoyed it to the fullest. The house as well as the property is very well kept, modern and offers more than enough space. The location in a quieter side road is also perfect for spending relaxing days at the pool and in the extensive garden. Binibequer Vell offers everything in a walking distance like shops, restaurants and a really nice beach. On top of that Francisco is a great host, so we're already looking forward to our next stay.

Super appartement, vue splendide

Nous avons passé 3 jours en couple dans cet appartement très bien aménagé, propre et moderne. La vue de la salle de bain et de la chambre donne sur le port ! Tout est à proximité de marche, de superbe plage a 20 minutes. Le top ! Ce fût un super séjours. L’hôte est à l’écoute. Merci Philippe.

Agréablement surprise pour une première location sur Abritel. Philippe, très sympathique, nous a très bien accueillis, avec pleins de petites attention, le logement ne pouvait être mieux et plus fonctionnel. Il ne manquait rien, la propreté également au rendez vous, on se sent vraiment comme chez nous et on prend très vite nos marques dans ce joli appartement très moderne. La vue ? Encore mieux que sur les photos. Tout est à proximité : le marché, les bus, le centre commercial, le port, les petits restos.. Il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir aux alentours, pleins d'activités sympa à faire et des endroits idylliques. Avoir une voiture est un plus mais pensez à réserver l'emplacement! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous gardons précieusement le numéro de Philippe. Merci encore !

A fabulous apartment overlooking Toulon marina...

Philippe met me bang on cue, on my arrival. The apartment (with a lift to the 3rd floor) was everything I hoped for... a panoramic view to the east, south & west over the marina & harbour. A very comfortable double bed, a beautifully appointed open plan shower/wet-room area and separate WC. Walk in cupboard for cloths with ironing board etc. The separate kitchens was well-equipped with all mod cons... Toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric hob, oven, microwave and large fridge-freezer. Double glazed windows back and front and good electric heating. It is difficult to find anything to be critical of except for one thing... The apartment is soundproof with the exception of traffic noise (especially in the early hours) through the front door... street cleaning etc. Keep the kitchen door closed and this does help! The location of the apartment is second to none! Near to the old part of the town, shopping streets and a 15 minute walk to the train/bus stations. 5 minutes from Stade Mayol and many restaurants and bars in the immediate vacinity, along the water front. Highly recommended for a short or long stay and excellent value for money!

studio idéal s'il n'y avait le bruit !

Le studio est situé dans un quartier idéal, il est cosy, décoré avec bcp de goût, propre, moderne, très fonctionnel et pratique, la vue côté port est merveilleuse, quel dommage qu'il y ait une grosse avenue passante côté cuisine, le bruit de la circulation quasi permanent m'a gêné pour dormir...

Alors, comment vous dire... ce charmant studio a tout pour plaire!!! Entièrement refait à neuf, une décoration sobre et agréable, une douche très originale avec, ce qui est peu banal une vue magnifique sur la mer et le superbe port de Toulon!! Un lit très confortable, une cuisine très bien équipée, ...et surtout un propriétaire fort sympathique, très à l'écoute de ses locataires "éphémères" rendant votre séjour...inoubliable!!!
