Enjoy your holiday with family or friends in this beautiful, renovated Provençal country house in the hills above Toulon. Set in a quiet, tree-lined area, it’s 15 minutes from Le Mourillon (the beaches at Anse Méjean and Anse Magaud) and less than 20 minutes from Sanary. Within walking distance (2 min.) is an artisanal bakery open 7 days a week (for fresh bread and croissants), an excellent butcher shop (for grilled meats), and small local shops. After passing through a large, tall automatic gate, a beautiful 30-meter-long driveway (perfect for playing pétanque) leads you to a lovely area where you can park up to 6 cars in the shade of 200-year-old plane trees. On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find a beautiful entryway with, on the left, a large 20-square-meter kitchen that we’re currently renovating, and on the right, a spacious 45-square-meter living room with a fireplace. These two rooms— the kitchen and living room, both open onto a magnificent south-facing outdoor area with no neighbors in sight, featuring a beautiful terrace shaded by a linden tree and a pond that brings a sense of coolness and serenity, a covered section with an XL plancha grill, and a garden seating area for moments of relaxation and aperitifs. Adjacent to the terrace is the 9x5 pool area with a sun deck and a diving board. Surrounding the pool are lounge chairs, a hammock, and an outdoor sofa beneath a magnificent mandarin orange tree. You’ll enjoy the garden, which features several areas—some sunny and others cool in the shade of large, century-old trees, including palm trees, mandarin orange trees, hackberry trees, and linden trees. Young and old alike can enjoy a foosball table, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, swing, and more. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom and a large laundry room with a full-size refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer. Upstairs, there is a lovely landing area with a small TV lounge, a master suite (160x200 bed) with its own shower room and private bathroom, and another area leading to three bedrooms (160x200 bed, 140x200 bed, 120x200 bed) that share a large spa-style bathroom with a toilet. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms (140x200 and 160x200 beds), each with its own shower room. For our more studious guests who need to get away for a few hours to work in peace, a 15-square-meter glass-enclosed space away from the pool has been converted into an office with fiber-optic internet, a comfortable armchair, a printer, and more… Renovations in progress, to be completed by the end of May (kitchen, bedrooms)
