About this property
Superb apartment completely renovated with views and direct access to the sea!
- Apartment of 137sqm completely renovated in 2018. The balcony facing the sea can allow meals to be enjoyed alone. The view is unforgettable, in a particularly preserved corner.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It consists of a large double living room facing the sea with a view of the Anse Méjan. The apartment is located in a luxurious residence which has a heated pool facing the sea. A private path leads to the beach below.
The rooms have a beautiful view of Mount Faron and the countryside around.
The first consists of a 160 cm bed and has its own shower room and wc. The second has a 160 cm bed and the third smaller one has bunk beds.
These 2 last ones share a big bathroom with toilet.
The apartment is fully air conditioned, each room has its own air conditioner.
The residence also has two tennis courts redone in 2019.
