  • This apartment officially classified Tourism ***, tastefully arranged 2024, fully equipped and furnished, located on the 1st floor of a luxury residence, with swimming pool and paddling pool for young children, nestles in the heart of a magnificent park of 3 hectares with Mediterranean species opening onto a beautiful sandy beach, bordered by a pine forest facing the island of Porquerolles. Composed of a living room and a very functional American kitchen, a small alcove bedroom and a modern bathroom with bath / shower and WC, fitted with cupboards, suitcase storage and a free individual safe , it is extended by a terrace / loggia furnished and very pleasant, facing south-east for lunch in the summer.
    You benefit from a private parking for vehicle, doubly secured by entry residence (digicode) and private company of surveillance with security guards in season.
    * A full end-of-stay cleaning option will be offered to you at the price of 40 euros to be paid locally with your correspondent.
