Nice two rooms in perfect condition located on the 2nd floor of a luxury residence of Provencal style, quiet and facing south, 500m from the beautiful beach of Saint Clair 1.5km from downtown Le Lavandou. Enjoy the peace during your holidays while staying in the district of Saint Clair, near the animations and the center of Le Lavandou on foot in 2km. A mini market for bread, croissants and first food await you 7 / 7J next to the bar-tobacco Le Saint Clair 50m, walk along the bowling alley, pass the chapel and a subway will cross you safely until to a dirt road that ended on the beach in 5min walk, 500m. Stroll along the rocks by the coastal path and enjoy a cocktail on the Port of Le Lavandou, a shopping tour in the city center or a stroll on the seafront, take the little train of the beaches and discover the 12 beaches sand or your caps to walk the wild trails with breathtaking views in the heart of nature.
The residence Les Astéries is located in a "countryside" atmosphere close to the beach, including two buildings built in 1985. The apartment has been completely renovated and we have taken care to make you feel "at home" to take care of it as we take care of our tenants.

Très bon séjour de 2 semaines en famille à Saint clair à 2 pas de la mer et un peu éloigné du centre ville du Lavandou.
Si vous recherchez le beau temps, la mer à 28 degrés et la tranquillité c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Et la vue sur mer du balcon ...FORMIDABLE.
Seule ombre au tableau l'absence de clim et le cumulus des wc qui chauffe tellement que nous avons pu profiter d'un sauna 😀.
Bon emplacement, belle vue, bien dormi, a l abris des moustiques, tout est propre et agréable. Enfin, surtout une excellente aide de Vanessa elle comprendra, une personne en OR, ainsi que son sympathique mari.
Si l'occasion se représente nous reviendrons une neuvième fois au Lavandou (depuis 2013) dans ce logement.
Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Wenige Minuten vom Strand. Parkplatz vor dem Objekt. Ruhig gelegen. Möglichkeit Mietfahrräder abzustellen im Innenhof. Ansonsten war alles in der Küche vorhanden. Austattung sehr gut. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster kl. Backofen und Herd und großer Kühschrank mit eigenem Kühlfach. Sehr gute Klimaanlage, bequeme Betten und Bettwäsche. Dusche neu. Terrasse mit Markise und Bestuhlung und Tisch. Schöner Meerblick Völlig ausreichend für 2 Personen. Gute freundliche fachliche Beratung durch Vanessa. Bitte Handtücher und Waschlappen elbst mitbringen.
Appartement calme, lumineux, propre, confortable et très bien équipé.
Très bons rapports avec notre hôtesse Vanessa qui nous a bien accompagnés pour débuter notre séjour.
Un petit soucis avec le réfrigérateur qui ne faisait pas assez de froid, Vanessa a su trouver la solution pour nous dépanner sans trop gêner notre séjour.
Seuls petits bémols, la distance avec le centre ville du Lavandou et la plage St Clair, près de la location, souvent bondée car pas très large.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement et avons découvert un quartier particulièrement agréable du lavandou, avec une pensée spéciale pour le pmu et son équipe; nous avons passé 2 supers soirées! Juste au cas où, il faut savoir que la chambre est ouverte sur le couloir. Je recommande cette location.
Saint Clair est un secteur du Lavandou très sympa, l'appartement est à 5 min à pied d'une très belle plage.
L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre.
Idéal pour deux personnes.
Très bon accueil de Vanessa qui a su nous donner les bonnes infos sur les commerces, les randonnées et les circuits vélo.

L'appartement est très bien situé au dessus de la plage St Clair 5 min a pied et pour vous rendre au Port du Lavandou vous mettrez 10-15min à pied ce qui est super. Bonne literie. Appartement confortable et pratique. Ventilateur à disposition pour les fortes chaleurs.
Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé, la location est en tout point conforme au descriptif.
Merci à Mme Clamens qui a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre pour nous accueillir tardivement en raison d'importants embouteillages qui ont retardé l'heure d'arrivée.

Appartement très bien situé pour un séjour au Lavandou. Proximité de la plage de St Clair, possibilité d'aller au centre ville et au port par le chemin des douaniers. La copropriété est très calme et la terrasse et la vue sur mer sont réellement un plus. On y retournera.
