An absolutely lovely hotel in a great location and with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. We loved our stay here - especially the nice touches like free fizzy water and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, plus the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Would definitely love to stay here when I next return to Toulouse.

Excellent experience and stay. The room was small as others have noted but was clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and great air conditioning on a hot day. Breakfast was very good. Paola and Lorenzo were excellent at the check-in and checkout. Very kind and helpful. Would recommend for all these reasons and fantastic location easy walk to the center of town and many restaurants.

Hotel was perfect for our stopover in Toulouse. Front desk was extremely helpful. Location was wonderful as Toulouse is a very walkable city. Parking was a bit confusing as it's entrance is right next to the lobby entrance and has a very narrow driveway. There are limited spots and difficult to get in and out of. Other than the parking scenario, this was an affordable and quaint hotel option to stay in this wonderful city.

Good value and welcoming staff

Warm and welcoming staff. A few pleasant perks like filtered water (flat and sparkling) in lobby at all times. We had room on 7th (basically in the roof) so the ceiling was lower in the far half of tge room, which does not make ot look as spacious. The window is below eye level. Comfortable bed. Well located hotel, close to everything by foot.

An amazing hotel in the heart of Toulouse

This hotel is a gem centrally and conveniently situated a short stroll away from the heart of Toulouse and the beautiful Victor Hugo Market with all the best restaurants. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was very good. And the parking provided was very helpful. We had the most amazing reception from two extremely helpful and friendly receptionists. Can not praise them enough.

Comfortable and convenient

A very convenient location for accessing the amazing La Citè and also the city centre areas like la Bastide. Lovely view of the castle easy access to local restaurants of a mixed quality. Very compact room but well laid out for functionality. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. The spiral staircase may be an issue for some travelers however.

This is an excellent place to stay in the heart of the city with parking. The only issue we had was that we were assigned to a room on the 7th floor but the elevator only went up to the 6th. We had to carry our bags up a narrow, steep staircase.

The young woman who checked me in was kind and patient. The room was clean and comfortable, though quite small. The breakfast had many options, though I’m not sure it was worth the cost. I was given misinformation regarding the bus to the airport; it would be very helpful to future travelers to have better information on which bus to catch, the location, and the accurate cost.

Un séjour très agréable

Un hôtel climatisé très bien situé à deux pas des rues piétonnes et du métro. Un parking sécurisé à disposition. Le personnel est très accueillant, pro actif et toujours avec le sourire. Chambre disponible avant l’heure. Si nous devons repasser par Toulouse nous reviendrons sans hésite dans cet hôtel.
