Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l’appartement, tout est à la portée et facile d’accès (restaurant, épicerie, métro, autobus, lieu d’intérêt). L’insonorisation est cependant un point faible, bruit dans la cage d’escalier, bruit de pas venant du voisin au dessus pendant la nuit. La présence de l’école en face, d’un bar et de restaurant nous a obligé à dormir avec des bouchons toutes la semaine car le bruit de la rue jusqu’au petit matin était très dérangeant… malheureusement. Outre cet aspect sonore le lieu nous a convenu mais pas assez pour un second séjour.
