  • Apartment of 90 m² is ideally located 5 minutes from the metro, on the 1st floor (and top) of a detached house with access by an independent staircase. No co-ownership!
    Beautiful volumes with all the necessary equipment for a good stay.
    All comfort with quality furniture and equipment, kitchen with induction hob, combined fridge, MO combi oven, washing machine, coffee maker, TV, WIFI,
    2 bedrooms with 140 beds, a sofa bed and possibility to install a single mattress with sheets, bathroom bathtub.
    a quiet balcony.
    The accommodation
    Large 3-room apartment with living room 30 m², kitchen 14m² and 2 bedrooms of 15 and 13 m² with large cupboard. We can install a baby cot with mattress (supplement 20€/stay) and baby chair, the rooms are large with the possibility of putting a baby bed in each room).
    The apartment is located in a quiet street with little traffic with the rooms facing east of the gardens, 5 minutes from the metro and shops (small food shops, bakeries, intermarché and crossroads supermarket, traditional restaurants, Chinese and fast food, pizzeria, homemade burgers...) pharmacy.

Une très bonne adresse pour visiter le centre et les environs de Toulouse

Logement très confortable si on a besoin de se reposer et très bien situé avec le métro tout près pour aller dans le centre-ville, le stationnement facile et gratuit à proximité et la possibilité de quitter la ville facilement pour visiter les environs. En bonus, un hôte sympa, disponible et plein de bons conseils de balades ! Merci Christophe !

EMPLACEMENT IDEAL POUR SE DEPLACER EN METRO

Nous avons passé 4 jours à Toulouse pour voir nos enfants , je ne connaissait pas cette ville , la chance était avec nous puisque nous avons eu 4jours de soleil ( Nous sommes de Franche comté , chez nous il neigeait )
