Room very spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Corridors to rooms need updating: carpets marked and decor tired and dated which gives it somewhat of a hostel feel rather than a hotel.

The pictures on the ad are Hollywood quality. Our room wasn’t available as we were mistakenly booked as a single. We were “upgraded”. Yes, the room was very clean and large. The wallpaper was falling off. There was new trim but not painted. Mixed feelings as the hotel was clean and quiet.

Great hotel for train travelers!

Great location if you’re traveling by train! Easy walk into the city centre. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Beds very comfortable and the room was clean and serviced every day. The decor needs a bit of tlc but this wouldn’t put us off staying here again.

A very convenient hotel. The room had old world charm and the front desk staff were very warm and helpful. The hallways could benefit from a refresh and there was some noise at night, but neither of these detracted from the convenient location 5 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes to the Capital building. Its also very close to some fabulous cafes, an excellent boulangerie and cheese store. I would absolutely return and had a wonderful experience in Toulouse overall!

High ceilings. Big bed. Large windows that open to small balcony. Everything is a bit old and crumbling, but good for a 1 night stay near the train station.

This hotel is very conveniently located but is in great need of TLC ! Paint is pealing off the room walls, the carpet looks like it is 100 years old. They claim to have free wifi but it did not work at all the time I was there and when I pointed it out to the front desk person, he just shrugged and walked away.

Enjoyed the hotel though the room was a bit small. Room was cleaned each day, though the carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed for a while. The worst part of the hotel was arranging my airport pickup with Welcome Pickups. They were terrible. No flexibility for flight delays. I paid them twice because of a flight delay and never got picked up. Ended up catching a taxi at the airport which was very simple. The taxi was also 12 euros less expensive than the vendor. Been fighting with them for two days so far to get reimbursed. I let the hotel know.

It was a lovely short stay of 2 nights, and the staff were very accommodating and patient with me practicing my French with them haha. It's a great place to stay also if you will be travelling from the train station Toulouse Matabiau as it's only a maximum 5 minute walk away.

Gloire perdue mais literie confort.

Un hôtel qui a peut être changé de propriétaire entre le moment du 3 étoiles et maintenant. Le personnel est très agréable et m'a accueilli chaleureusement. Par contre les photos sont non contractuelles (ce qui n'est pas incohérents avec le prix de la nuit). Des travaux de rafraichissement et d'insonorisation seraient à envisager. J'entendais ma voisine comme si elle était avec moi, â deux heures du matin... Sinon literie confortable et proche de toutes commodités.

Situé dans un quartier calme, proche de tout (la gare, le quartier de l’église de Saint Sernin, …) Je suis arrivée avant 15h mais la chambre était déjà prête. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. La chambre, propre, insonorisée et confortable. Elle est aussi doté d’un bon climatiseur. Un seul petit bémol la connexion internet peut être améliorée.

Quando si entra nella hall sembra che l’hotel sia chiuso per quanto c’è poca luce . Spazi comuni fatiscenti . Solo una tenda oscurante in camera . Se si lascia aperta per avere la luce del giorno siamo senza tenda di fronte ad uffici . Nella hall c’era il passaggio di diverse persone con piatti in mano , non si capiva se erano persone che vivevano fisse lisce . Posto molto strano . Pulizia ok ma nel bagno il lavandino era rotto e nella doccia il silicone era messo in modo scandaloso …
