This 107 m² rooftop apartment can accommodate up to 6 travelers and is composed of a large living room with an open kitchen, featuring a central island and a dining table, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, patio and terrace.

LE PATIO GUILHEMERY "We booked this 3 bedroom apt for an extensive stay. We were there for 23 days total and had 3 different sets of family and friends come stay with us. I would say that the apt is perfect for 2 couples, but not ideal when there's a greater number of adults. The third bedroom is a Murphy bed just off the living room and there are only 2 bathrooms. If anyone is using the 3 bedroom, they need to use the kitchen sink to wash their hands and brush their teeth or go into someone's room. I would also say that the apt is great for a short stay, but is lacking a few things for longer a longer stay. With regards to the bathrooms, Europeans have this weird habit of designing WC just on their own. No sink! It makes for washing hands annoying especially is you are staying in the 3 bed. The best thing about the apt is the neighbourhood. We were very close to St Aubin and that square was full of fabulous restaurants, cafe and the most amazing Sunday market."

Excellent apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment PatioGuilhemery. The beds were very comfortable and each couple had an en-suite shower although only the Master bedroom had an en-suite toilet.The second toilet was in the corridor outside the second bedroom. We also had use of a washing machine and tumble drier.After an initial problem with a leaking kettle and too few wine glasses Olivier replaced the faulty kettle with a new one and gave us 9 new wine glasses. The kitchen area was then well-equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery. The location is very good with restaurants and bars close by and a Carrefour at the end of the road. The bus (stop across the road) took us to The centre at JeanJaures in 8 minutes.The apartment was also very secure. We would certainly stay there again!

Tuvimos un problema con la app que no nos dejaba responder sus mensajes y aún explicándoselo 4 veces seguía diciendo que era error nuestro. El piso NO tiene aire acondicionado, vale que es Toulouse, pero en verano es imposible estar en el piso que además es un ático y ya de por sí es caluroso. Las persianas del piso se cierran automáticamente todos los días a las 22:00, y si te pasa que estás en la terraza de arriba, te quedas encerrado fuera. A nosotros nos pasó y el responsable del alojamiento no respondió a más de 10 llamadas y 15 mensajes. Tuvimos suerte de que un vecino nos pudo abrir, sino, aún seguiríamos esperando en la terraza a Monsieur Canal, nunca respondió. Limpieza mejorable, los ventiladores estaban llenos de polvo, y el hecho de que dejen 4 toallas para cuando vas a estar 5 días, es un poco ridículo, podrían dejar más."

LE PATIO GUILHEMERY Spacious, clean, comfortable, lots of natural light - beautiful. Loads of closet space. The living area was well set up so we could comfortably gather and chat. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent, so close to the city center with a bus stop on the same block and boulangerie a few minutes walk away where we picked up breakfast every morning. We were very comfortable right away and had a pleasant stay. Our host (Aziz) was helpful and responsive to communication. I highly recommend.
