This pretty 20 m² studio can accommodate up to 2 travellers and consists of a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet.
Free Wifi. Sheets and towels included, we are just waiting for you!

The accommodation:
- Beautifully decorated living area with a double sofa bed (160x200), coffee tables, desk, flat screen TV and a portable air conditioner.
- Beautiful kitchenette open on the living room fully equipped with: standing table and 2 high seats, dishwasher, oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishes and cutlery.
- Bathroom with Italian shower,WC, storage space and hairdryer.

Outside :
- Small north facing outside balcony, which will allow you to enjoy some shade in the summer!

This pretty studio is located in the heart of the Saint Cyprien district of Toulouse. It is a lively and culturally rich place, thanks to the book market, the Abattoirs museum and the Galerie du Château d'Eau.
The street of the housing remains however very quiet. Shops, bakeries, pharmacies, press and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Le Platine "Le logement est super bien situe , tout à proximité . Attention lisez bien l'annonce , pas de parking gratuit . Il est payant de 9h à 20h . Ce qui concerne le logement , il est top , tout ce qu'il faut . Le frigo est fort bruyant , ainsi que la chaudière, on entendais l'eau coulais . J'ai passer une bonne semaine , malgrès la canicule , heureusement il y avait la clim dans le logement . Je mettais pas la nuit car fort bruyant. Pour une semaine de séjour top ."

Pour info : -immeuble sans ascenseur Inconvénient : -VMC cuisine très bruyante, étant donné qui s’agit de la pièce de couchage (studio) Points à améliorer : -une serviette pour se sécher les mains dans la salle d’eau, n’aurait pas été de trop -des serviettes pour les cheveux, également -manque de savon pour les mains, dans la cuisine -et savon liquide insuffisant dans la salle d’eau"

Le Platine "Très beau séjour à Toulouse. Merci pour la réactivité de l’équipe en ce qui concernait des choses qui manquaient, ils m’ont remboursé. En ce concerne la communication, c’était très positif, mais un peu compliqué de se retrouver entre 4 contacts (agent sur la messagerie Airbnb, Gwénola, Caroline et Jean-Victor), 3 différents sites de référence pour la location (site Book&Pay, site “Loc de JV”, site Airbnb), 4 services/entreprises (Cocoonr, Book&Pay, Pro-Occitanie Clean, Airbnb)… Je n’y suis pas habitué. Il faut savoir bien utiliser son téléphone! Mais tout s’est bien passé, les instructions étaient claires, et tout le monde était très sympa et réactif. Belle vue et emplacement parfait à St Cyprien, rue calme proche du métro et du pont neuf. Je reviendrais volontiers!"

Le Platine "Excelente alojamiento! Mi novia y yo nos quedamos 2 semanas y quedamos encantados con todas las amenidades del lugar. Cuenta con todo lo que podrías necesitar; lavadora, televisión con Chromecast, horno, hervidor de agua, cafetera, refrigerador, y más. El sofá se convierte en una cama bastante cómoda y con espacio suficiente para 2 personas. Por otro lado, la ubicación es muy buena, cerca podrás encontrar restaurantes, supermercados, una estación del metro y está a unos minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad. Además, la comunicación con la agencia fue muy buena, lo recomendamos totalmente."

Le Platine appartement impeccable et correspondant bien à la description ; assez petit mais très bien conçu. Très calme malgré la fenêtre sur rue ; seul bémol, un bruit continu (frigo ? V.M.C. ,?) qui empêche de bien dormir la nuit ; Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si ce soucis est solutionné.

La recepción a mi llegada muy amable, y me mandaron una guía completa de como funciona cada cosa de la casa, aún así para cualquier duda contestan enseguida. Muy agradecida. El estudio bonito, limpio, cómodo y muy tranquilo. Cerca de todos los servicios y de muchos sitios que visitar. Me he sentido como en casa. Muy recomendable."
