The region lends itself to many sporting and recreational activities: visits to the cities of Toulouse (30min) and Carcassonne (50min), bike rides along the Canal du Midi, mountain hikes (the Pyrenees are an hour's drive away), etc.
Access :
Two entrances with remote-controlled gates, give access to the property with space to park several vehicles, in addition to the double garage with electric car connection.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage, which can accommodate two medium-sized vehicles, or in the house's private car park.

- Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau SNCF station, about 35 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac airport is about a 30-minute drive away.
