Me and my two sons arrived around 1400 to the hotel after long travel and short night day before. Nobody in the hotel, no one answered the phone call even (automatic message). Checking on Sundays at 1700. Checking out at 1000 morning. They need 7 hrs to prepare the room. Few years ago it was much better and better contact. From year or two it is getting worst and worst. I had to take another hotel, more normal and with good staff. It is a nice hotel, with swimming pool and sauna, nice big and comfortable rooms. The no contact with the hotel destroyed everything.

Everyone is so nice in this hotel. People are very nice, the food is very good and the activities are great. Except the reception who treated us very badly at check in.

Lovely staff but very basic accomodation
Staff were nice. I believe they were doing their best but the place is very run down. The swimming pool is tiny, it's impossible to enjoy it. Beds are uncomfortable, very old. Bathroom is in a desperate need of an update. Enclosed parking was good.

Fine for an over ignite close to airport
Perfectly good overnight stay close to Toulouse airport. Decent size room, clean, ample parking. Pool felt nice and warm although we didnā€™t actually have time to use it. Front desk friendly

Not too easy to find on sat nav....but once we were there instructions for entry given to us were clear and easy to follow. Apartment was a good size, plenty of wardrobe space, clean and well equipped.

OMG the worst hotel ever!!! The lady at the reception was so rude, the room was filthy, in fact the whole building needs to be refurbished!!! The swimming pool area was soo dirty, had lots of mould in my bed room , breakfast was rubbish paid 10ā‚¬ to have a banana and a cup of tea . Never ever going back there !! Donā€™t even waste your money on this Appartā€™City. book another hotel

This property is a medium to long term appartment style accomodation. The rooms were both with a European double and a sofa with a pull out trundle. Bed sheets nearby and we made the the sofa/trundle beds at bedtime and they were suitable for Kids /teens. We never saw one employee the whole time. 9pm check in 5:20am checkout Luckily another guest knew how to get our room key and told us the door code. (Yes the rooms were ready and keys waiting in a front desk secure box for our arrival based only on our Expedia reservation) Pros Low price Property itself was clean Property felt secure Cons No one staffing front desk for check-in Hard to spot parking lot entrance, and gate case required (another guest let us in from the inside) Smells of other guests cooking wafted through the floor. Hall lights off unless activated by motion detector. Kids (11_14) thought the place was mildly creepy. (quirky, quiet, dark. )

Great hotel with nice pool!
Nice apartments and the pool is big enough for a swim not just a paddle. I came back the next night as work was in the same area the next day, would stay again when back in the area.

Plus: Spacious apartment style housing close to Airbus. Full kitchen and a comfortable bed with a fold out couch in the living room Continental breakfast available after 7am for 10E per day. Maid service once per week. Minus: Limited reception hours. Minimal furnishings in the bedroom and bathroom. There was no dresser, chair, or mirror in the bedroom. There was only one small shelf in the bathroom. I had to use the ironing board in the bedroom to hold my open suitcase and I put a folding chair in the bathroom to hold the rest of my toiletries.

English speaking of staff can be better Staff are initative to help in calling taxi and willing to cancel 1 night stop due to ad hoc situation Mini kitchen is well equipped so hotel guest can cook the food by themselves. But there is no supermarket nearby the hotel by walking distance, have to take 10 to 15 mins bus.

Fantastic pool
The staff were very patient and spoke good English and the pool was fantastic for the kids. Really warm and spacious. Well priced and close to the airport but not much else around if you don't have a car. Nice, fresh continental breakfast.

Good hotel close to airport
Hotel was great for our purposes, to be close to the airport for a flight the next day. Staff were very helpful and friendly. My wife used the gym facilities and there was a pool. Room had plenty of space which was great for us with our toddler - bedroom and separate living room and kitchen area. A bit isolated from bars and restaurants but staff recommended a nice restaurant called La FlambƩ 5 minutes drive away. Would recommend to people commuting via the airport and looking for a place to crash.

Perfect stopover hotel with great pool/spa!
We were just passing through, looking to get some sleep on a long drive. Some French budget hotels are horrific, but this one shows what can be done at a good price. We had a 1-bedroom apartment, so the bedroom was at one end of the suite, with bathroom, toilet and kitchenette between it and the Lounge area. The place was basic but clean, comnfortable, and very well equipped with cooking/eating utensils, dishwasher etc etc. The staff here are super-helpful too. The local area is a little strange, being commercial and close to the airport (no noise problem) but a 5 minute drive brings you to a wonderful lake area with woodland walks, and Toulouse Centre is an easy 10-15 minute drive. The price of this place was already very good, but the addition of a sauna and large swimming pool was an amazing bonus. I had the pool entirely to myself for an hour - bliss! If you're passing through and need to get your head down for a night or two, I can highly recommend this hotel.

The Nemea Toulouse Saint Martin is the perfect hotel for those wanting to save a buck. Lodging can't get cheaper without compromising the basics.

We arrived late after driving for 9 hours to find the building locked. Emergency contact number unobtainable. Stranded in Toulouse with young children. Absolutely furious

I have simple needs and this was a simple apartment. The main parameters were close to Airbus (walking distance) and free WiFi. I'm not living there, I just spend a few awake hours at night there, and this was perfect. You can but breakfast in the morning (+9e) and you can walk 100' to the Courtyard Hotel right next door if you want dinner/drinks in their restaurant. Met all my needs!

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN
Choice of smoking room w/slight smell, or non-smoking room with overwhelming flower/perfume smell from carpet cleaner. Bathroom smelled like smoke (but better than "flowery" n.s. room), and the toilet seat was completely broken and slid off. Worst thing is nobody at desk after 8 p.m. - saw a few people with confirmed reservations very angry due to arrival after 8 p.m. and no instructions where to get a key. Hope they found a way in. Not a place you'd want to cook in, but was equipped. Ok for one night if coming or going to airport, NOT for more than a day. No restaurant - town (nearby)was completely closed on a Sat. night 8 p.m. We had to eat next door at Courtyard Marriot (very nice, little expensive but good). Air conditioner didn't really work, and they set how cool you can make it, so the room never really cooled off, even after 5 hours running. In the end, we had to open the windows, listen to the planes take off overhead & listen to the rain in order to catch a slight breeze. Go to courtyard marriot next door if you can afford it. If not, suffer one night to save the money, if you must. Make sure you check in way before 8 p.m. or you will be sleeping in the lobby or parking lot!

Clean and large rooms.
We booked 2 suites for my family of 4 for a single night. The rooms were clean and good sized and had a small kitchen which was more than enough for a day or two but probably a bit limited for a week stay. We were a bit put off by the fact that it has limited reception hours and we could not check in till 5 on a Saturday. This hotel is in the airport commercial zone and and not conducive to walking to french bakeries and shops as you can do in most towns in France. We had a car so it was not a big deal. No restaurant but they do offer an buffet breakfast of some kind which we had to skip to catch an early flight. There is a Sheraton next door with a restaurant but found it a bit pricy. In conclusion it was a very comfortably and affordable airport hotel. If you have to be in this area and have a car, I would recommend it. If you want to experience France keep looking.

We were looking for a decent stay next to the airport to catch an early morning flight, but instead got a sleepless night. Be advised: this is not a hotel. There is no staff on duty at night. Check in hours are VERY limited. A late night party went on hours above us, to be followed by a loud fight which also lasted a very long time. Would this have happened with staff on-site? The kitchenette is minimal. Everything is finished cheaply. New tiles have been put up and curtains added to make it show better in pictures but don't be fooled. This place is well below our usual experience with Expedia bookings!

Suitable for short stay
This hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. There was a small kitchen in our room but we didn't use it. Cleaning of the kitchen is an extra charge if you don't clean it yourself. The pool is of medium size but was very enjoyable especially as we have just driven for 8 hrs from Spain. There are sunbeds round the edge for more relaxing. There is also a small gym and a sauna. There isn't any restaurants within walking distance and if you have children who are fussy eaters (like ours!) you may struggle to find one suitable, we ended up in McDonalds. The breakfast is standard continental, a bit expensive for what you get but it was nice and you could go back for more is you wanted to. We were only staying for one night so it was more than enough for us but we don't know where any attactions are for anyone staying for a longer period of time.
