The apartment is located at the top of the Allées Jean Jaurès "future ramblas of Toulouse", in a quiet area but close to the City Center (15 'walk from Place Wilson, 5' walk from Matabiau station (terminus of the airport shuttle) ), Marengo metro, and buses.

Very bright, on the ground floor of a Toulousaine, the apartment has its own entrance on a quiet street.
It includes two rooms, a living / dining room, and a separate bedroom.
Double exposure: south / west, north / east (the bedroom window overlooking a small planted courtyard).

Quality accommodation, more convivial than the hotel, offering more independence, it is an ideal formula for a temporary stay in Toulouse.

Direct access from the ring road (exit 15, "La Roseraie")
Parking in the neighborhood is still free.

Chouette logement pour deux

Nous avons passé quatre nuits très agréables dans cet appartement joli, décoré avec goût et tout à fait fonctionnel. La chambre est confortable, la cuisine très pratique. L'appartement est à 20 mn à pieds du centre-ville, et il y a un bus direct pour la Cité de l'espace non loin. L'emplacement un peu plus loin du centre est compensé par le charme et la place dans l'appartement, ainsi que le calme du quartier.

Un séjour agréable

Mon séjour c’est extrêmement bien passé. La propriétaire m’a accueilli de manière très agréable, lorsque vous aurai besoin de quelque chose elle est à votre disposition pour vous permettre de trouver ou de le réceptionner (je vous remercie pour cela). Le linge (drap, serviette, torchon) niquel, propre et nettoyé qui sente bon. Un lit agréable et confortable. Un appartement fonctionnel par loin du centre ville donc très pratique pour des personnes qui ne conduise pas. Appartement agréable et très propre. Je vous le recommande avec plaisir !
