Short walking distance into the centre of town. Property was clean and had all that we required. Arrived late but information was provided to get our keys and access to the building. Only downside was the noise surrounding the property during the silent hours. For some reason it always seemed to be noisy each night of our stay. Overall though, we’d recommend here to anyone planning a short visit to the delightful Toulouse.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Particularly the lady that checked us in, she was lovely and spent time chatting to us and marking out places to visit / restaurants etc. All staff that we dealt with spoke English, which is always convenient 😀. The apartment was clean and comfortable, seems to be recently refurbished. Bathroom was a decent size and shower was hot and powerful.

Good location, quiet area but easy walking distance to city centre. Nice room, well-equipped kitchen. The only downside was a stupidly-designed bathroom, with a "designer" sink and very little space for soap and toiletries, and a shower cubicle with no door, which meant that the floor was wet after every shower, regardless of how carefully we tried to use it.

Was surprised to find this in what looked like a block of flats/student accommodation (looks like a proper hotel on the website). The location was quiet and fairly central, with some useful shops nearby. The bed was comfortable, cooking facilities OK. The heating was efficient but controlling it took some practice. There was a large tank immediately above the WC on which I banged by head several times, and the shower temperature was a bit tricky to control. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not the usual Expedia offering!
