Short walking distance into the centre of town. Property was clean and had all that we required. Arrived late but information was provided to get our keys and access to the building. Only downside was the noise surrounding the property during the silent hours. For some reason it always seemed to be noisy each night of our stay. Overall though, we’d recommend here to anyone planning a short visit to the delightful Toulouse.

O hotel é ok, e o quarto é grande, mas cheirava a cigarro (aliás, na França, onde as pessoas não fumam? Horrível). A limpeza poderia ser melhorada. O chuveiro do banheiro não tem cortina ou vidro, e molha o chão ao redor.

Camera, spaziosa. Pulizia insufficiente : i vetri dele finestre non erano puliti da anni. C'era polvere spessa un dito sia all'interno che all'esterno che sul telaio della finestra. In bagno 2 soli asciugamani mai cambiati per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Ovviamente essendo un residence non veniva effettuata nessuna polizia quotidiana, peccato che a parte il detersivo dei piatti non c'erano altri prodotti disponibili.

Nos gustó al principio, pero nos dimos cuenta de que no limpiaban la habitación ni cambiaban las toallas ni traían más papel higiénico... Estar pagando un hotel y ver la cama sin hacer cada día es un rollo. Además, nos pilló un día de fiesta y un fin de seman y cerraban secretaría y la cafetería en esas fechas, por lo que para preguntar algo teníamos que llamar a un teléfono y había cosas que necesitamos inmediatamente.
