It is clean, functional, and located near the Zénith in the Lardenne - Purpan - Saint Martin du Touch area of Toulouse. The studio is fully equipped and situated in a quiet, wooded, and secure residence.

Appartement très fonctionnel et bien agréable

L appartement est très propre et très bien agencé (super déco tres agréable, bien pensé au niveau de la fonctionnalité) résidence agréable et sécurisée Très bien desservie pour les transports en commun pour le centre ville et cela est pratique car elle est excentrée Petit bémol les avions qui passent tout de même assez près (mais pas la nuit!) Très satisfaits de notre séjour Merci

Totalmente satisfactorio

La ubicación inmejorable, una urbanización privada muy tranquila. Situada muy cerca del centro y de las vías de acceso. Limpieza inmejorable, todo tal y como se ve en las fotos y muy equipado. El trato por parte de Maryse muy cordial y amable. Fue un acierto elegir esta propiedad.

Parfait pour notre séjour touristique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement joliment agencé. Un emplacement parfait: ni excentré ni en plein centre! très calme car dans une impasse fermée par un portail télécommandé. Un parking privatif donnant directement sur la fenêtre du studio: idéal pour décharger/recharger! Petit plus pour notre petite fille de 6 mois: le lit parapluie passe dans le petit hall d'entrée! Merci pour votre accueil! Si l'occasion se présente, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir vers vous.

Studio très agréable, je le recommande +++

Le studio est tout neuf, agencé avec un sens pratique aiguë, et une décoration qui ne manque pas de charme. Tout y a été fait avec gout (de la décoration aux choix des ustensiles) l’équipement y est complet. La résidence (dont l’accès est restreint par un portail électrique) est un endroit calme J’y ai passé un mois lors d’un stage, je referai ce choix sans hésiter. Cerise sur le gâteau : les propriétaires, très investis, sont particulièrement à l’écoute de leurs clients / locataires. Un séjour qui ne me laisse que de très bons souvenirs.

Studio très agréable - A conseiller ++++

Le studio est flambant neuf. La décoration ne manque pas de charme, il est fonctionnel et très bien équipé ! La résidence (fermée par un portail électrique) est très paisible, les transports en communs à portée de pieds. Cerise sur le gâteau : les propriétaires, particulièrement sérieux sont très à l’écoute des besoins de leurs locataires. J’y suis resté un mois pour un stage, je referai ce choix sans hésiter.
