Cocoonr agency offers this superb 250 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool, terrace and garden to rent in Pibrac. It sleeps up to 9 people.

It comprises a very large living room with sitting and dining areas, a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), wc and utility room. There is a lovely garden with a seasonal heated swimming pool, terrace and garden furniture. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your beds will be made up on arrival. We do not provide pool towels.

The accommodation comprises
- A beautiful living room with sitting area and dining room.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, two fridges, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine.
- Five bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedrooms 3 & 4: Each with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 5: With a single bed
- Three bathrooms, two of which have WCs, showers and baths
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is located in Pibrac, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to the forest and essential shops in the villages of Brax, Pibrac and Leguevin.

Transport :
If you are coming by car, you can park directly in the grounds of the house or in front of the house. Plenty of parking spaces are available.

- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac 21 min (18 km).
