10/10 Exceptional! (4 reviews)
We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating.
If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!

Excellent location. Quiet part of Tokyo near major Shinagawa train station. There is a big building being built next to it so there is construction noise at this time.

"The stay would have been better if the staff were better prepared to accommodate western guests. The sandals were too small, the robes were for a man and woman even though it was two men staying in the room. The buffet food selection was the highlight but they food wasn’t kept hot enough and they ..."
