"Die Wohnung lässt von der Ausstattung her nichts zu wünschen übrig. , ist allerdings sehr hellhörig. Restaurant im Erdgeschoss mit Abluftschlauch, sehr laut. Aus der oberhalb liegenden Wohnung hört man jeden Schritt. Das Treppenhaus eng, steil und unzureichend beleuchtet. Nicht unbedingt für ältere und geheingeschraenkte Menschen.
