Good apartment with cheap parking and kitchenette

The hotel is comfortable but located in a sketchy area. It’s convenient for three reasons, available parking for a fee, a shopping mall across the street with a small supermarket and a tram that takes you to the city center across the street on the main avenue.

Overall it was great, the staff was nice and the customer service was excellent. But the kitchen was lacking essential articles, like knives, casserole etc. But besides those little things, it was a great deal. Thank you!

Our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing, falling far short of the 3-star rating it claims. I would more accurately categorize it as a 1.5-star establishment. The bathroom, as pictured, is a major drawback. The "shower" is essentially an open-plan wet room, and water splashes everywhere, making the entire bathroom floor soaking wet after each use. Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning was a significant issue. While the hotel offers fans and the evening temperatures were somewhat reasonable, we couldn't leave the windows open due to the complete absence of insect screens. While the overall space was otherwise adequate, these fundamental flaws—the problematic shower and the lack of proper climate control/insect screens—made for a far less enjoyable stay than anticipated. On a positive note, the staff was courteous. Despite its sketchy neighborhood, there were several options for stores, restaurants, and even the post office all at a walking distance.

Ideal for family to stopover or to access Tours. The rooms are well kept and have good facilities. It is a very short walk to the newly built shopping centre with restaurants and shops available.

The room was well equipped but felt slightly grubby. For example, the corners of the room had back fluff and grit in them, and the upturned coffee cups were stuck to the tray when we picked them up! The receptionists were fine.

Almost perfect.

Location is perfect. Across the street is a mall and train station. You cannot hear noise even if there is a train coming by. They have a garage where you can park your car safely. The only thing is that the rooms dont have AC but its okay since its not warm at nighttime. And the diswasher needs rinse and salt.

Chambre et établissement en général plutôt vieillot. Petit-déjeuner vraiment pas terrible. Au vu de l’état de l’hôtel il est normal que l’ascenceur soit tombé en panne, donc bonne chance pour monter les 7 étages par l’escalier. Je recommande

Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique. Appartement pour cinq très spacieux avec deux salle de bains. De bons équipements dans celui-ci. Présence de ventilateur dans les deux chambres et dans le coin repas mais il faut lourd tout de même. Peu de place de parking, il faut appeler pour réserver directement. Il y a cependant la possibilité de se garer dans la rue.

Expérience client à améliorer

Séjour globalement satisfaisant avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Client régulier de l’établissement, je tiens à partager quelques remarques dans l’espoir qu’elles permettront d’améliorer encore l’expérience. Dernièrement, l’absence de climatisation s’est fait sentir, même si les températures étaient encore supportables lors de mon dernier passage. Ce qui m’a le plus dérangé, c’est d’avoir été placé en rez-de-chaussée, juste à côté de l’entrée, avec un balcon donnant directement sur le trottoir. Le sol du balcon était malheureusement jonché de mégots et de saletés, et l’endroit très bruyant en raison des passages fréquents. Je remarque également que, malgré des réservations au même niveau, les chambres qui me sont attribuées sont de moins en moins bien situées ou équipées. Lors de mon précédent séjour, par exemple, la chambre ne disposait pas de rideaux et semblait moins bien aménagée que lors de mes venues précédentes. C’est un peu décevant, surtout que j’ai précisé devoir loger ici environ trois nuits par semaine sur le long terme. J’aimerais comprendre la logique d’attribution des chambres, car je m’attendais plutôt à une certaine continuité ou amélioration. En dehors de ces points, l’hôtel reste bien situé, proche du centre commercial et de restaurants, avec un personnel toujours aimable Je pense y revenir dès la semaine prochaine si les températures restent raisonnables, en espérant que mes remarques auront été prises en compte. Merci pour votre attention.
