A eviter absolument

Cela fait plus de 3 ans que je séjourne dans des hôtels plusieurs fois par semaine, et c’est la première fois que je rencontre un service aussi déplorable. Personnel : aucune écoute. J’ai signalé une erreur sur ma facture (consommation bar facturée alors que j’étais au restaurant). Le réceptionniste a refusé d’entendre raison et a maintenu cette erreur. Cela change tout pour mon remboursement professionnel, et il n’a rien voulu savoir. Restauration : médiocre. J’ai dû me lever pour demander la suite du repas. Chambre : lit annoncé en 160 cm, en réalité deux lits simples collés, inconfortable. Bruits : murs très fins, on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres. Une expérience désastreuse, je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

Albergo al di sotto dello standard 3 stelle

L’albergo è situato in una zona depressa della città. Fuori dal centro. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. La pulizia lascia a desiderare in quanto la stanza non è mai stata spazzata in una settimana. La colazione è buona per il prezzo. L’aria condizionata non ha funzionato per la maggior parte del soggiorno. In conclusione un’esperienza al di sotto dello standard Ibis.

Bon sejour, hotel calme, chambre rénovée. Mais très mauvaise odeur de desodorisant ou autre produit chimique dans l'entrée et encore pire dans la cage d'escalier. Heureusement l'odeur ne portait pas jusque dans la chambre !

Petite chambre. Dans descriptif, chambre avec baignoire, ce n'est pas le cas. Petit déjeuner décent mais pas à la hauteur du prix demandé. Ni chauffage ni aération dans la salle de bain. Fermeture de l'entrée de 12 à 17h. Aucune connexion possible d'appareils via le téléviseur.
