Comfy stay in a great location

The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was worth the add-on. The front desk and cleaning staff were all very pleasant and helpful as well! It's located in a great spot for access to transit or a quick walk to a plethora of good restaurants, and it's not far at all from the train station.

Ideal location near centre ville and on a main bus line. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The dinning room was stuffy and too warm as were the hallways. The room was quiet but we found the bed only firm in the middle.

Friendly and helpful reception. Room clean and met our requirements. Breakfast was good but could have done with some instruction - we had to work out where everything was and what was on offer.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Paid extra for a “superior” room that was awful. Baseboards completely detached from walls with tons of dust and gunk, questionable cleanliness of carpeted floors. A good amount of mold/mildew in the shower walls and joints and with hair still left from previous guests. Some stained pillow covers(they were clean but you still don’t want to see old set in stains right?) good thing it was only 2 nights. Wouldn’t stay here again

The rooms are tiny. I booked a superior room thinking it will be spacious and there is barely any room to move in there. The bathroom is like a cupboard and the shower is tiny. Stains everywhere and a bad smell. These rooms are in desparate need of renovation, uncomfortable mattresses and old pillows with yellow stains inside. Towels are dried up and probably years old. Carpets disgusting and stained. Awful experience there is nothing superior about these rooms. This is more like a 1 star hotel.

Poor WiFi

Hotel hard to find. Room small and a bit dated. Shower in bathtub is not 2022. And the WiFi was very unreliable. Worked poorly at best. Had to log on every time when you had closed your phone and wanted to start again.

Excellent ! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le personnel est des plus accueillants, avec une mention spéciale pour le réceptionniste qui a été arrangeant et nous a aimablement prêté son parapluie, ce qui nous a été fort utile, et nous lui souhaitons une excellente dégustation des chocolats. De l'accueil à l'arrivée jusqu'au départ, tout a été parfait. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable, c'est très calme, les services proposés sont excellents, notamment le choix varié au petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à moins de 10 minutes de l'hôtel de ville, le tout à des tarifs attractifs. Il convient toutefois de noter une certaine prudence si vous disposez d'un véhicule imposant pour l'accès au parking souterrain. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel avec grand plaisir. À bientôt.
