Newly built open plan living room and dining room. High ceilings which make the house very airy, bright and relaxing. Large landing with upstairs balcony with seating. Large kitchen with breakfast bar so cooking can be shared with family. Garden is wrapped around with different spaces to relax at different times of the day. Large gated drive with integrated garage. Outside area to relax and BBQ and take in the Caribbean sun.
The house is within a beautiful gated community in a heritage ground with the museum and private beach for residence. This is a location for relaxing with other beautiful beaches close by and Ocho Rio town 15 minutes drive from house.
Great supporting community with early morning walkers for those who rise early and like to get the steps in. Having grown up in the UK travelling to Jamaica from a young age with my family drove my passion to build our own property in this idyllic Parish of St Mary’s. The decor has catered to allow visitors to feel relaxed but still feel that they are in one of the most beautifulest place in the Caribbean.
