"Very nice boutique hotel set apart from the standard travelers hotel I'm accustomed to for business travel. Thus was a fun treat and very hip and clean. The lication is excellent within close proximity to food and the aurport. I will be staying here again."

"My initial interaction was not so pleasant. The woman at the check-in desk was annoyed because people were being too loud in the lobby/bar area. She handed me a parking pass but didn’t explain what it was for or what I needed to do with it. Everything after that was fine."

"As of May 2026 the Clarendon hotel is NOT 420 friendly. We didn't see a way to get to the rooftop lounge at all. I don't think it exists anymore. I was unable to schedule any time in the spa so I can't speak to that at all. The rooms were clean and comfy. Coffee maker and mini fridge, but no microwave. The restaurant cafe was tasty. We didn't get a chance to visit the bar. The pool and hot tub are nice. Great ambience and convenient location for our needs."

"When we first arrived noticed the carpets to room were filthy. Inside room, living area tv did not work, light bulb burned out, clock set to random time. When we took a shower, the water wouldn't go off. We tried calling front desk, but phone didn't connect. Went to front desk and told them, said an engineer would be right up--he never came -- we went down again about 1/2 hour later and asked for an update--again no one came. . We noticed the drain was slow and the tub was going to overflow! I started bailing water and husband went down for a THIRD time to let them know water was going to overflow. Engineer came and fixed it. However, we were NOT able to take a shower (had running water, but not the shower. Went down (fourth time) and asked for another room. Lady at front desk was the rudest every--told me no rooms available, and engineer had more important issues to work on! My husband literally took off the faceplate and fixed the shower with tweezers and nail clippers! NO ONE ever came to fix the shower. We also kept getting texts about, "How's your stay" "let us know how it's going, etc. No one responded to these texts. Oh, and should add, the breakfast situation is a mess. No organization with lines, one guy cooking omletes -- I imagine at least an hour wait (but can't even get to the self-serve stations because of the crowd -- we never did eat breakfast there. Just a really bad experience."
