"I have stayed in a Ramada / Wyndham hotels over the years. This one definitely does not meet the standards of Ramada / Wyndham. The hotel was nothing like the advertised pictures. Did not get the King room we booked as no water in the king rooms. only one entrance into building was told to go up stairs and we would find our room. did not tell us we had to go out fire door walk deck, in fire door then find room. the entrance /exit door by our room had all the key control wiring cut out so it was unusable. always had to walk the whole building to get to room. Rooms & whole hotel were very dated and nothing looks repaired or upgraded in a very long time. The hotel just has a junky look and feel to it. next time I will defiantly look for a different hotel to stay at. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE"

"The room was large and very comfortable and if not for the noise which kept me from getting a good sleep it would have received an excellent rating. Room 124 is right next to the lobby so until 1:30 in the morning I could hear guests chatting to reception. At 5:50 had to get up to ask reception to lower their voices as they were having a loud conversation in the office. This is not the first time we have had a noisy room as the previous time at this location we had a room next to the pool access and opposite the housekeeping office which also was very noisy. It’s a great hotel but a few of the rooms are too noisy?"

"I booked a 2 queen bed room in advance and when I showed up they had overbooked amd only had 1 bed rooms left despite booking in advance. The lady was very rude about it an insisted I never booked despite me showing the conformation. They didnt offer any sort of refund even though i paid in advance and without telling me sent a another charge on my card since the 1 bed rooms were more expensive. Unprofessional and i dont recommend booking there "

"They downgraded me to a queen room when i paid for a king because of my height i hang off the end of a queen Staff was dismissive and rude Room was ok little rough sliding dore wouldn't close Ac unit was very noizy construction in the area all night "

"Staff was great! Room was outdated and the power on one wall stopped working so we had no night table lights and our devices did not charge. The room itself did not feel welcoming was a bit creepy. The restaurant next door had almost no staff working we specifically booked this hotel due to the proximity to it but still had to drive to a different eatery because of this. "

"I stay at this hotel all the time and usually have a great stay. This time the room air conditioning unit was so loud that sleep was limited."

"Nice clean, quiet room. Everything was in great condition. Despite it being right on Hwy 10 and not far from the train tracks, it wasn’t noisy at all. Great shower pressure and room amenities. The included breakfast was very good for a complimentary breakfast with lots of selection including hot items, and very good coffee. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. Lots of parking. Didn’t use the pool, but it appeared to be very popular with the young kids, so I would definitely recommend for families."

"Staff was very friendly and efficient. Nice room with good beds. There was a hair in the bathrub but looked otherwise clean. We used the pool as well. The pool was nice and clean. "
