A 55" Smart TV provides access to popular streaming apps. Guests should bring their own account logins.

Free parking is provided. Designated parking is located in the spaces closest to the Chalet.

ACCESSIBILITY

Please be aware that the property includes stairs and uneven outdoor terrain. There is no elevator. Due to the property’s design and mountain setting, it may not be wheelchair accessible.

The property may also not be suitable for children under 12 due to its setting.

SELF CHECK-IN & GUEST SUPPORT

This is a staffless, self-check-in property with no front desk.

Early check-in and late checkout may be available for $50 per approved hour, with a maximum of two approved hours and subject to availability and the cleaning schedule.

Guests have access to a 24/7 guest support line by phone or text if assistance is needed during their stay.

Access is provided through an electronic keypad using a unique door code after all required pre-arrival check-in steps have been completed.

OCCUPANCY

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including adults, children, and infants. Additional overnight guests beyond the stated maximum occupancy are not permitted.

The primary reservation holder must be at least 21 years old and must be present during the stay.

NO PETS

This is a pet-free property. Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $500 fee, and the stay may be ended early without refund.

MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT

This property is located in a natural mountain environment. Wildlife, insects, pollen, and other elements of nature may occasionally be present despite routine professional pest-control and cleaning services.

Wildlife may include deer, black bears, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, snakes, lizards, spiders, ladybugs, bees, wasps, ants, moths, and other native species.

Please observe wildlife from a safe distance and never approach or feed wild animals.

WiFi and cell service may also be limited or slower due to the mountain location.

KEEP IT PEACEFUL

Please be considerate of other guests and the surrounding community. Noise complaints or law enforcement involvement may result in termination of the stay without refund.

SECURITY CAMERAS

For guest safety and property protection, security cameras monitor designated outdoor and common areas of the property. Please do not tamper with, obstruct, or disable any security equipment.

WEATHER & TRAVEL

Mountain weather and conditions can change quickly. Refunds are not provided for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances outside our control except where otherwise required by the applicable booking platform or policy.

Guests concerned about unexpected travel disruptions are encouraged to consider travel insurance.

STARTER SUPPLIES

Linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, bath soap, paper products, and trash liners are provided as starter supplies.

Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to replenish consumable supplies at your own expense.

Please bring personal toiletries such as toothpaste, deodorant, and other personal-care products.

IMPORTANT PRE-BOOKING INFORMATION

The primary reservation holder must be present during the stay, and all overnight guests must be included on the reservation.

Before secured property access details are released, the primary reservation holder must complete our secure online check-in through Happy Guest, which serves as the LVMR Guest Hub for your stay. This includes guest registration, rental agreement acceptance, government-issued ID verification, and completion of the damage-protection requirement.

Guests choose one of two damage-protection options:

• Non-refundable accidental damage waiver
• Refundable security authorization hold

Guests are not charged both. The refundable option is a temporary authorization hold, not a completed charge.
