We were traveling with a pick up truck and trailer with our motorcycle on it and the hotel cannot be more accommodating to find us a place to park our trailer. Also the room was clean and cozy with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It was conveniently located to everything as well such as restaurants, stores and sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. You were able to park right outside your room, which was so convenient, and the pool was steps from our room as well. The pool was warm and clean, and I would recommend Townsend as the perfect place to stay as a gateway to the Smokies.

This was the perfect spot to stay, while visiting the great Mountain national Park. I loved how convenient it was from the pool to the room, and being able to park right outside the room. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Got there and checked it and everything went smooth. Got a key yes a real key and it inside was clean and bed was very comfortable . Same for bathroom. There was a balcony over looking the foothills too. Beautiful area. Will be back!
