This stylish apartment is one of three located upstairs in a stunning Queenslander complete with polished timber floors, lofty ceilings and open spaces. Capturing cool breezes and encapsulated by tropical gardens, you will experience a stay that reflects what it is to enjoy all that North Queensland and Townsville has to offer and in a convenient location.Two generous bedrooms including walk-in robe for the main bedroom, a study and a sunroom that expands the length of the veranda. You will also enjoy a spacious kitchen and dining area.

You are conveniently located just ten minutes from the strand and eight minutes to the city. Hermit Park Shopping Centre is just minutes away and includes Coles, a chemist, a French Patisserie and takeaway food stores. If you venture to the Strand will find yourself amid the action with the best bars, restaurants, café’s, specialty shops and a Coles supermarket, all just a couple of minutes away. Or stroll the length of the Strand all the way to Pallarenda Beach at one end and the Marina at the other.

Lovely spacious unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brandi and the team have done a great job preparing this spacious unit with lovely furnishings and the living basics to make your stay a home from home. There is a Nescafé coffee maker so you can bring your own pods, nice clean fridge, a smart tv with Netflix and stan and lovely lighting options. Full ironing board and new iron. The aircon stands up to the Townsville heat. Great communication and assistance.
