Staff were friendly and very helpful.. room was very spacious and clean but not super clean.. we stayed in 2 of the rooms there.. 1st 1 had a electric fry pan but 2nd room did not.. air con and showers were great.. overall awesome rooms and would definitely stay there again

Great stay

We were returning guests. The Staff made our stay very comfortable. Very helpful and understanding that we were stranded travellers. Apartment was clean and spacious and adequate to our needs.

Central to dining and close enough to walk to the lovely Esplanade. Room was spacious, neat and tidy. Only negative is the undercover carpark is quite tight.

Great Apartment

The apartment is very clean and spacious. Secure access, need a swipe pass to access the building. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the laundry in a separate room opposed to being in the bathroom. I will definitely book again.

Bit catfished from photos

Apartment was great. But misleading in photos as pool is not the apartments but not the ridges. There is no reception so have to walk over to the Ridges. Many photos in ad is of The Ridges not the apartment. Also had a leak in our apartment for unknown source and made our room smell like stagnant water.

Comfy beds, walking distance to restaurants and the city, spacious. My only feedback is to put blockout curtains on the bedroom windows, and a blind on the windows in the ensuite as the outside lights shine in all night, and the sun wakes you up around 4.30am in the mornings. Another suggestion is to put a door on the ensuite entry as it is currently all open, with no privacy, and the smells come into the bedroom.

Would stay again. Great beds, loved the inside of the rooms, very clean and new looking. Pub down the road was a bit noisy but white noise on phone blocked it out. Fire alarm went off by accident one night but was dealt with.

Great apartment, very spacious.

What a lovely spot to stay in Townsville. This would be the nicest stay we have had there. Handy to everything in Palmer Street, and a short walk to the city. Very handy to the stadium as well.
