"They say check in is 3:00 I didn't get in eather time I stayed At that time"

"The room was acceptable. We didn’t have an ice bucket and didn’t have any shampoo/body wash, but it wasn’t a huge deal to us. I know we could have called to have those replaced. The pool/hot tub were closed during our stay. I’m not sure how long the repairs are going to take. But overall it was fine and better than the reservation we had cancelled earlier in the day at a different hotel. "

"Cleaning of the room was ok upon putting my bag down I noticed there was candy wrapping in the floor. Seeing this it makes me wonder how clean my room was."

"Room was fine, but my credit card was charged twice. When I went to the front desk, I learned that they already knew this, and did reverse one of the charges (which I won't see for several days because of the bank), but didn't bother telling me. The person at the front desk just proceeded to give me 4 or 5 excuses and blamed everyone else. It was almost as if it was my fault. Definitely could use some basic lessons on customer service."

"Above and beyond all expectations. Pet and family friendly fun surprises throughout the house for kids. We loved the hot tub and exploring the property. Host was very accommodating communication was great. Will absolutely visit again such a well curated and aesthetic house. "
