What an unexpectedly seamless stay! There was a shuttle bus that met us at the Shinkansen station that took us to the Onsen. When we arrived, we were ushered to a comfortable lobby for check-in. The bellman showed us the entire hotel and onsen, and walked us through our kimonos and slippers. Lovely breakfast, lovely rooms, lovely Onsen... and another free shuttle back to the Shinkansen station. We will definitely return!

Excellent hot springs, food and room. The room was nice and clean. There are two major hot springs. One has many pools inside and outside which is nicely decorated with natural stones. The other one is inside and open 24h. It is really nice place to enjoy hot springs.

郚屋は枅朔で広い、ただ、快適ではあるが党䜓的に叀い。 掗面所の氎は蛇口を閉めおも止たらなかった。 食事は悪くはないが、特別良くもない。倕食は、量は倚めかちょうどいいくらい。 朝食はビュッフェだった、食べるものはたくさんあるが普通。 団䜓客が倚いようで、䌚堎は広い。 党䜓的なむメヌゞは、 倀段のわりには、、ずいう印象。

핎당 지역의 닀륞 혞텔곌 비교핎서 개읞적윌로 맀우 만족슀러욎 혞텔읎었습니닀. 가성비도 좋고 옚천의 시섀도 좋았습니닀. 9월쎈 방묞읎었는데 음볞 닚첎가 많았지만 붐빈닀는 느낌은 없었습니닀. 핎당 지역에 가게 되멎 닀시 방묞하고 싶습니닀.

泊たりは最悪、颚呂に入るだけの堎所

建物、蚭備が叀く、手入れがされおいない。郚屋の畳、家具も傷だらけでベランダのコンクリヌトも汚く、泊24000日(朝食のみ)はどう考えおも玍埗出来ず二床ず利甚しないず思いたした。堎所も䞍䟿な所で昌間に颚呂に入りに行くだけの所で 宿泊は絶察お勧めしたせん。期埅しお行きたしたが、家内共々がっかりです。

予玄時より高額の宿泊費の請求

枩泉はずおも広くお気持ちが良く、プヌルも利甚も出来たした。 ただ、予玄時に、倧人2人ず子䟛2人で怜玢し、予玄画面に倧人2人、子䟛2人の衚瀺がされた宿泊費を確認しお予玄したした。宿泊日の前日にホテルから連絡があり、「子䟛人圓たり12000円かかりたす。」ず連絡がありたした。予玄時に衚瀺された䟡栌は、倧人分しか含たれおいなかったずのこずです。前日に連絡されおも、既に家を出発しおおり、8月の混雑時期でキャンセルも倉曎もできない状態にありたした。ホテルからも申し蚳ないずいう、あやたりの匁もほずんどありたせんでした。これからは、子䟛も含んだ総額を予玄時にきちんず瀺しおいただきたいです。
