"BOOK THIS HOTEL! Loved our stay and totally worth the 2.5 hour train ride from Osaka. Was able to check in promptly at 3 p.m. and our bags were whisked away to our room. We immediately received our onsen pass and were able to get in a bath before our kaiseki dinner. The next morning we were able to explore more of the public baths and had an amazing breakfast. The town shops open around 11 a.m. so you can really get away with one overnight stay if not more. Beautiful property, relaxing stay and...

"I would highly recommend this stay in Kinosaki. I was an American female solo traveler and felt very safe and the staff was always so willing to be accommodating and helpful. I had an early flight on my way out and they started the transfer service early for me. Make sure give them a call ahead of time and they’re happy to pick you up from the station so you don’t have to walk with bags through a small construction area. I would love to come back!"
