"Overnight Host over the weekend was exceptional. We came after midnight and he was helpful and empathetic towards me despite my many questions. Security around the perimeter is always a plus for me. A+ stay overall. "

"I was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. I was greeted by a young lady ( I can't recall her name) at the front desk who made check-in so smooth and welcoming. Traveling with my pet, I was touched by how kind and thoughtful she was — offering toys and accessories to make my little one feel right at home. She even took the time to show me exactly where the pet relief area was and how to re-enter the hotel afterward. That level of care and attention truly stood out. The room itself was clean, spacious, and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, I’d rate this hotel very highly for its outstanding service and pet-friendly hospitality."

"The room was very clean. I quite enjoyed my stay despite the AC not really working, but I was fine with it because I love the cold. The room itself was very nice, the hotel wasn't too far of a walk to the Toyota Arena, and I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Springhill Suites is one of my favorite hotels, and I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 would recommend. :]"
