La. Chambre est confortable, à proximité du centre. Toutefois le Wi-Fi dans la chambre, tout Comme dans le hall est inexistant ! Il est ecrit dans le descriptif qu il y a une salle de remise en forme, c est faux ! Dommage c Était la raison principale de ma réservation dans cet hôtel. Hormis cela l accueil, la propreté, le buffet du petit petit déjeuner à Été très agréable et bien garni.

Tres bel hôtel tres bien équipé. restaurant nul.

L'hôtel est tres beau et tres bien équipé avec un superbe espace bien etre. Mais le restaurant n'est vraiment pas au niveau!

There for a couple of nights. The lobby turns into an unsupervised kids play area from 8pm to 10pm.

Like all the hotels in Tunisia, breakfast is terrible. But comparing this hotel with other hotels in Tunisia, it is above the standards

Very comfortable and exotic hotel

The hotel is very nice, but the restaurant is poor. The buffet isn´t of the same level than the hotel.

Ein wunderbares Hotel. Die Architektur und die Einrichtung sind passend zu der Wüste gestaltet. Ideal gelegen und sehr nettes Personal. Hierher komme ich wieder. Wirklich romantisch und schön. Alles ist pefekt in diesem schönen Hotel.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé (vue sur le Chott El Djerid), avec des chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Belle piscine, très agréable, compte tenu du climat. Les repas, bien que très corrects, pourraient être un peu améliorés.

Ksar rouge

Hotel très agréable : belle architecture, chambres spacieuses, cuisine savoureuse et diversifiée. Piscine intérieure chauffée très agréable et surtout un personnel dévoué, discret mais très attentionné. A recommander pour les séjours en famille.

qualite /prix

c'est un hôtel standard qu'on voit partout en Tunisie, On trouve du personnel gentil voulant servir malheureusement pas en nombre suffisant la ou il faut, notamment au bar et au restaurant. L'INTERNET ne marchait pas et n;a pas marche les deux jours ou on était la. Fuir la demi pension le buffet est très limite et ne vous propose pas une solution de rehange

Eldorador Ksar Rouge

E' un albergo turistico, struttura molto bella, servizio discreto-buono, buona pulizia. La manutenzione degli arredamenti invece è alquanto discutibile. Dai gabinetti esala spesso cattivo odore. Le camere che si affacciano sulla piscina sono le migliori, le altre o sono piccole o rumorose (c'è una strada trafficata), all'arrivo cercano sempre di rifilare queste camere ma una decisa protesta risolve tutto. Buona la qualità della ristorazione, menù poco variato. Nel complesso albergo discreto

Très bon hotel mais ...

Cet hôtel est superbe et conforme à ses prétentions (4*) : magnifique piscine à débordement, architecture intégrée, confort, vue. Seuls bémols : amabilité du personnel qui "fait son boulot" et des travaux de rénovations à proximité des chambres. C'est une négligence de la direction et c'est dommage. L'hôtel semble parfaitement taillé pour les groupes.

We had prebooked and prepaid and

We had prebooked and prepaid and were given one of those two separate beds next to each other that seem popular in Europe. We asked if we could have a big bed instead and were immediately moved to a room with a king size. Good pool, good meals, organised events daily (darts, games, quizzes) if that's your thing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A bit expensive maybe but one of the best we had in Tunisia.
