Not a hotel for non-Arabic tourists

We had to wait for 30 mins although we showed our expedia reservation from 4 days earlier and also had a call the day before just to confirm. Everything was said ok. Then in the front office there was a problem of communication and attitude which led us to wait for 30 mins. We were given a room on the 8th floor, the elevator is only up to 7 floors then you need to take the stairs but the more crucial thing is that the elevator machinery is in the 8th floor. If it works, it is really hard to sleep.
