"Easy location. Nice property. If you get hot when sleeping, the thermostat is limited and you can get locked out for a little bit. You can only go as low as 68 and on an upper floor we got really hot. Unfortunately, that is a deal breaker for us."

"Renovated room, but it still needs cleaned from construction. Painters tape and no covers on outlets. Construction dust. Also we have 4 kids and had two queens with a pull out couch reserved but were given a roll away that doesn't fit in the room our kids ended up sleeping on the floor. Not Ruth's fault, she was great. Growing pains, I hope the renovations continues and this place could be great "

"I’ll start with good things, location is super convenient. Walking distance to everything. Staff was extremely friendly. The room smelled like it was closed for extended period of time. The curtains were dusty and stained. The carpet had horrible stains as well. The shower drain was super slow. We always spray disinfectant in the beds and use our own sheets to sleep. However, that didn’t help much with the smell. "

"The staff was excellent. However, overall property was ok to good. The rooms weren't SUPER clean and a furniture a bit worn. Counters and surface tops needed to be wiped down. Found a few small dead bugs. Had the room have been vacuumed better and wiped down they wouldn't have been there. I had the deluxe king studio and the couch had lots of stains on it. The desk chair had tears in it from wear and tear. Elevators and hallways could use a good cleaning and vacuuming. Although when I checked out the hallway was being vacuumed. For the price though overall it was a good vaule. The staff made up for the shortcomings. "

"Clean and quiet. Would stay again. Pool closed for maintenance entire stay. Water not hot enough to take bath only shower."
