"Hotel was clean , staff was very friendly and located in a good area. Only negative is the TV which has a channel guide on Channel 1 but none of the 1 or 2 digit numbers on that match the 3 digit numbers or even come close so you have to scroll channel by channel to find something you like which is why I only gave 3 stars for amenities, "

"The spot was great. Warning, just like the host has posted in the cabin, you're in the country and there will be bugs. Especially the stink bugs. Next guest, word of advice, do not kill the stink bugs. Lmao"

"I have stayed here a few times now. Rooms are always clean. Their lobby area is beautiful, warm and inviting. They were undergoing a remodel during this visit, but it was not an inconvenience. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you want to visit area trails, Stone Mountain State Park, or historic downtown Elkin. "

"The views were awesome. Loved our stay. Easy to relax and enjoy the mountain air. Saw several deer. West Jefferson was a cool town. Thanks for a lovely getaway!"

"The last 4 times we’ve visited this hotel, the pool has not been in working order. This is a big disappointment for our 4 year old. However this is still the best option in West Jefferson, pool availability notwithstanding "

"I loved the little touches like free bags of poocorn and homemade cookies when we checked in. Very comfortable bed. Lots of restaurant options nearby."
