"The Staff were wonderful and the front desk people were really helpful. There is a taxi service that you have to pay for to get too and from hotel that they send you but it was so much easier than Uber! They did have Air Con in the rooms you just have to let it rest for a little bit other wise it will just blow air. Just turn it off and on again it will turn back on. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Really loved the coffee and the food. Didn't get a chance to use the pool as we were here for a conference but it looked very pretty. The ocean view room was worth it."

"Had an issue with the cleanliness of our room upon arrival. The housekeeping staff were extremely rude when directed by management to rectify, but the management and reception staff were wonderful and did everything they could to make the situation right. "The hotel is amazing by itself bedsides it being walking distance to everywhere located just in the heart of Palermo . The atrium is gorgeous , we found ourselves gathering there after a day in the town . It was very relaxing with music and you do bof feel crowded as it has so many nooks and places to seat families together . The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable with all amenities being provided . The A/C. Works very well too"
