It's done... We have rebuilt / renovated. new bathrooms, new modern furniture, newly structured apartments Book now for the 2018 season in our modernized house. We warmly welcome you. Our house "Seute Deern" was built in 1912 in the style of the resort architecture and modernized for the first time in 1994/95. In 2017 we have completely refurbished and modernized the house. So created on 340 sqm the Zeitgeist accordingly modern furnished apartments of various sizes. The house is close to the center of the seaside resort Trassenheide on a 1600 sqm plot. The house has a car park, a small children's playground, a massive grill and smokehouse, and ample seating and lounge area belongs in the countryside. The annex has a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Our broad, sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is in 15 to 20 minute walk through the forest. Let us help you out with a small handcart to facilitate the short walk to the beach (1200 m). The supermarket with bakery and butcher is reached in two minutes. In 4 * Hotel opposite you (fee-based) use the beautiful spa. Nearby are two equestrian centers and the Amber Spa (Zinnowitz). In the seaside resort Trassenheide are among other things a Rehaklinik, a multiplicity at good restaurants, the Kinderland, the largest butterfly farm of Germany, the "house on the head" and the Wildlife exhibition. Our island offers you everything you need for your soul as well as an active and relaxing holiday in landscape, cycle paths, museums, culture and folk art. Our house is family run and we are always available as a contact person. We are looking forward to your visit!

Nahe Strandlage, Familienfreundliche Umgebung,alle Orte der Umgebung bequem mit dem Rad zureichen (ausgebaute Radwege durch den Wald) super Umgebung,sind schon zum 2.mal hier.
Wir durften 1 Woche Urlaub in dieser tollen Unterkunft genießen.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Sehr schicke Einrichtung, sehr sauber und absolut ausreichend grosse Ferienwohnung.
Kommen gerne wieder zum Urlaub machen, auf einer wunderschönen Insel.

Haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt in der 1-Zimmer Wohnung im EG (Nr.3) in der Villa Seute Deern. Top Bad, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sauber und nette Vermieter. Großer Garten mit Schaukel und Karussell. Meine 5-jährige Tochter fand es ebenfalls sehr schön.
Tolle gepflegte saubere Unterkunft. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit der Eigentümern. Gerne wieder

Toll ausgestattete neu renovierte Fewo
Es war alles stimmig, alles Nötige übersichtlich in kleinem Raummaß untergebracht, für 2 Personen ideal. Alles war super sauber, Küche und Bad modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Nirgends etwas gestückelt oder zusammengewürfelt, wie wir es schon sonst oft in Fewos hatten. Die Gartenmöblierung sprach uns teilweise nicht so an, das war aber auch der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt. Sehr nette Vermieterin - vielen Dank.
Der Weg zum Strand war mit dem Rad kein Problem, alles auch mit Radweg ausgestattet. Strand wie immer auf Usedom toll.

Schicke, gepflegte und liebevolle Unterkunft
+frisch renoviert
+hochwertige Ausstattung (Küche und Badezimmer gehobene Einrichtung
+wichtige Küchenutensilien vorhanden (Kochbesteck und sogar eine Spülmaschine)
+Hygiene wird groß geschrieben -> frische Bettwäsche mit Schonern wird regelmäßig gereinigt
+Lage unmittelbar neben einen Supermarkt und Hauptstraße, die Fenster gehen jedoch zum Garten raus, also auch nachts sehr ruhig
+15 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand
+Parkplatz am Objekt vorhanden
+sehr gemütlicher Garten mit Grillmöglichkeiten
+sehr, sehr freundliche, aufgeschlossene und sympathische Vermieterehepaar
Negatives ist uns nichts aufgefallen. Lediglich ein paar wenige Grundzutaten in der Küche mehr wären schön gewesen, aber das fällt bei den ganzen Vorzüge nicht ins Gewicht.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft.
